AI Search in India: Edition 01
Edition one is the baseline. From here every edition records what moved in Indian AI search, what we shipped, and what the numbers did.

Three things worth acting on this month
Category and how-to queries in D2C verticals now show a generated summary far more often than transactional ones. The pattern to watch on your own account is flat impressions with falling clicks on the same keyword group.
In product recommendation answers across Indian categories, forum and thread content is still cited at a rate out of proportion to its size. Brands that participate honestly appear. Brands that only publish on their own site do not.
Ask any engine for the best brand in a mid sized Indian category and the answer is thin, often assembled from two or three sources. That is the window, and it is the reason cost per citation is lower now than it will be next year.

AI search India: Published before you ask, not after the third call

Numbers from the scan
This block carries the category level movement from our own weekly scans. It is published only once the scan for the period is complete, with the date, the engine set and the prompt count stated alongside.
Edition 01 data block: pending publication. We would rather leave it empty than fill it with a round number.
